Welcome to First United Methodist in Mesquite

Jesus said to his first disciples, simply: “Follow me.” To the best of our abilities, that is what we continue to do here at First UMC. Even though we are about to begin our 150th year in Mesquite, we dedicate ourselves to this church as a movement of love, and not merely an historical institution. It is a movement of God’s grace, Christ’s always outreaching compassion, and the Spirit’s calling us together in an always new Creation.
